How to Arrange for Your Session(s) with Kurt:

Step One:

Contact him by phone or e-mail. If at all possible, please contact him by phone. If you send an e-mail, please include your phone number and the best time for us to call you.

Step Two:

During our phone conversation:

(A)   He will discuss your needs, desires, and circumstances, and
           then, together, you'll choose what arrangements will best
           work for you. Your session or sessions with Kurt will then be
           scheduled.

(B) During our phone discussion, we will also determine the
fees and/or donation.

Step Three:

Arranging for payments:

Sessions at Kurt's Location:

If you come to Kurt's location, the pre-agreed-upon donation can be made:

(A) By credit card prior to the date of the session.

(B) By cash or check at the time of your session.

Sessions Where Kurt Comes to You:

If you need or desire for Kurt to come to your location, payments must be received prior to the date of your session or sessions. Cash, bank checks, money orders, and credit card payments are the acceptable methods of payment.

We are, unfortunately, required to make this pre-payment arrangement because of the frequent past experiences where clients have not honored their financial commitments.

Fill in the amount of your donation

If you have not previously made a payment through PayPal, you will be asked to provide your credit card information and create a password for your PayPal transactions.

If you've previously made payments via PayPal, you will simply be asked to fill in your password and click on "continue."

Your information will be verified and the transaction completed.

You will receive an e-mail receipt for your donation.

Step Five:

Your Appointment will be confirmed:

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive a phone call verifying your appointment.
